We understand that circumstances may change after you've submitted your ESTA application request. Our refund policy outlines when refunds may be available and the process for requesting them. Please read this policy carefully before completing your application.
When You Might Receive a Refund
Within 24 Hours of Payment
You can cancel your ESTA application within 24 hours of receiving email confirmation of your payment and receive a full refund of our service fee. This window provides you with adequate time to review your decision.

Unable to Provide Service
You may receive a refund if we are unable to provide the service as stated in our service agreement. This includes technical failures or circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from processing your application.
- Technical system failures on our end
- Government system unavailability preventing submission
- Service disruptions lasting more than 72 hours
Government Fee Refunds
In certain circumstances, government fees may be refundable directly through government channels. We will assist in providing necessary documentation for such refund requests when applicable.
When Refunds Are Not Available
After 24-Hour Window
If you wish to cancel after the initial 24-hour period has passed, you are generally not entitled to a refund of our service fees. This policy ensures we can maintain our service quality and operational costs.

- Processing and administrative costs have been incurred
- Only government fees may be eligible for refund in some cases
Application Submitted to Government
Once your application has been submitted to government authorities, no fees will be refunded. At this point, the application is in the government's processing system and cannot be recalled.
- Government processing has commenced
- Application cannot be withdrawn from government system
- Both service and government fees are non-refundable
Completed Applications
Applications that have been successfully processed and approved are not eligible for refunds. The service has been completed as requested.
Suspicion of Unlawful Activities
We reserve the right to refuse service and retain fees if we suspect any involvement in unlawful or illegal practices. This protects our service integrity and compliance with regulations.
